Any moment can come anywhere,As you said, going outdoors for sports, going to the river and enjoying time with your friends nothing beats fresh water and lemon to control the heat, you are right.In winter, we cannot drink much water, which makes our skin dry and dehydrated. In the heat, it is a great advantage that we use more water, which keeps us fresher and fresher.
