How are you all? Hope everyone is well. Alhamdulillah, I am also fine. However, Today I am here with you with the recipe of Sea Chowkka Fish.Chowkka fish is very tasty fish. Apart from Chowkka, all sea fish are very delicious. Although this fish is a little cut but very tasty. Doctors always recommend eating sea fish. Because it is very beneficial for the human body. This fish can be eaten dry. Chakka Fish Shutki is an old popular dish of Bengalis. Chowkka fish is very tasty the way it is cooked. So let's start with my chowkka fish recipe.

- Crushed green chillies
- Chop coriander leaves
- Turmeric powder
- Chilli powder
- cumin powder
- salt
First I heat some oil in a fan.
When the oil is hot, add chopped onion, chopped tomato and chopped green chillies. Then fry for a while.
Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder and salt one by one. now I will fry again for a while.
When it is cooked, I will give some amount of water. Rinse with water for a while.
Then I will give the fish.
Then I will squeeze the water for a while and dry it.
I will give some water again.Rinse with water for a while.
Then chop the coriander leaves. This is how my recipe for today's Chowkka Fish is done.
