Hi Steemian Friend,
How are you all I hope everyone is doing very well. By the grace of God I am also very well. Today I will show you how to repair a Mini High Speed Fan through the Home Repair Club during the fourth week of Steemit Learning Club. Many thanks to @rmm31 sir and @imranhassan sir mentors of this home repair club for giving us new advice every week. I hope you can give me some advice after looking at my mini high speed fan repair. I will post this post in the Steem For Bangladesh community. So let's get started without further ado.

SL NO.	I used everything to repair the fan
1.	PVC Tape
2.	Combination Pliers
3.	Electrical Tester
4.	Series line

Suddenly the mini high speed fan used in my house broke. As there are no fan repair shops near me I decided to fix it myself. That's why I carry the fan from home to office. Because the office has everything to fix the fan. That is why it is mainly taken in the office.

🔘Mini High Speed Fan Checking🔘

I first checked my house mini high speed fan with 220V power. As you can see I first checked the power on my 220V multiplug with a tester. I then installed my high speed fan power cut into the multiplug. But my fan didn't work. So I assumed that my fan was broken.

🔲1st Step🔲

First I started opening after checking the high speed fan. I loosened the nut on the rear bake nut with a tester. After loosening the only nut I removed the rear back plate. Which you can see in the picture.

🔲2nd Step🔲

Coming to this step I started to check where the problem is. I saw no sign of blast anywhere. So I got confused. Later I saw that there was a joint inside the bake jute. I doubted whether something happened there. Later I checked that joint.

🔲3rd Step🔲

At this step I checked the joint and found that one cable of the mains cable was flashing and the cable ran. This seems to be due to the fan running for a long time. I am sure that this is the main problem of my fan. You will understand by looking at the picture.

After I found the problem I separated the tape from the cable. Then I saw that the cable joint was flashing. I've only shown it separated in the pictures of this step.

🔲4th Step🔲

Then in this step I checked with the series line to make sure my fan coil is OK. After checking, I saw that my series line bulb was glowing. If there was a fault in the coil, the bulb of the series line would light up. After checking the series line I decided to splice the flashing cable.

🔲5th Step🔲

In this step I took the cable with the joint. Then I taped the joint. Which you can understand by looking at my pictures and videos.

🔲6th Step🔲

After taping I connected the two pin plug of the fan to a 220V power multiplug just to be sure. Then I saw my fan running. Next I fitted the fan. After fitting I re-checked again to see if it was running properly. This is how my broken mini high speed fan was fixed.
