Finding a job in Saudi Arabia by interviewing by@mdmahidulislam

Today I will tell about the work of my site. If we lose our job here, we have many problems to get a new job. Especially those who have a free visa have to run around a lot for work. And if you get a job, you don't know how long you will be able to work.

If luck is good it can do 2/4 months or even more than a year. But if the luck is bad, after 10days or 15days it will be removed from the site. I entered such a site on the 8th of Ramadan. I worked there for five months. But what happens if you work, the contactor people move around a lot with the salary. It is now October but we have not received the salary for June yet. Meanwhile,my Akama date is about to end.

I don't know what to do. If not Akama, I must be illegal in this country. And once it becomes illegal, it becomes very difficult to go to our country. Even if someone dies while staying illegally in this country, it takes a long time to arrange for his body to reach the country properly.

It has also been seen that someone died after staying illegally in the country for 10-12 years or more but the local people could not make any arrangements for the body to reach the country. Because the necessary documents are needed to send the body to the country. Since the documents are not dated, no cooperation is available from the government. As a result, the dead person is forced to be buried in this country. We who are outside will not find anyone inside the country who understands us like we do.

Only we are there to understand us as we are. In many places, it happens that after a lot of trouble, after finding a job, after working for three, four or even 8months, there are many reports of leaving the job and doing other jobs without getting any salary. When work is done we have no problem areas. We keep seeing new job notifications here and there for new jobs. If we get a job of our choice, we do not prepare for the interview by submitting the documents. And many cannot pass the interview. One car can carry 20 to 30 people.

It has been seen that 5 to 7 people pass the interview. Those who get the job,if their forehead is good, they get salary regularly and if the contact is a little low quality, they make a lot of trouble with salary. And those who can't pass the interview have to look at the new demand and give the job interview with new contacts. In this way our work circle keeps rotating regularly.
