PFL Conference 2024.

Bismillahir Rahmani Rahim. Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? I hope you are well. I have been working as SR in Jaabari June in Jhalmuri Group in Pran RFL for the past seven months. My staff ID is 416638. Our Jaabari June has been serving as manager. He is TSM Md. Nayan Howladar. He is a very kind-hearted person.

We have a total of 35 SRs in our team. He talks to us about all of our sales and daily targets. He sometimes visits the market with us and corrects our mistakes. Now let's come to the main discussion, today we have the Juneal program.

I woke up at 6 a.m. today and left to meet Banshri. Went to the community centre and reached at 7 am. There is a gathering of thousands of SRs. After reaching there, our TSM sir gave each of us a T-shirt. After that, we went to the conference room.

Before entering the conference room, we were handed a token. Then we show the toucan and Geram inside. After going there we were given breakfast. I attended the meeting after finishing breakfast.

MD Sir, Sales Brand Major, Director Sir and many more Sir discussed with us about Sir Sales. How to increase sales, and how to reduce product damage. How can we work towards the 2024 target? Discussed how to grow in 2023 to 2024.

Vela took a 30-minute break at eleven. We came fresh. This time we had a light breakfast of two all-time breads and coffee. After breakfast, we took a walk outside with our colleagues.

At noon, MD Sir appeared among us. He discussed many important things with us and gave some directions. How we can do better sales and discuss all our products with shopkeepers and work in the market daily with life samples.

We ended the meeting at about two o'clock. At the end of the meeting we launch. Our meal at Lance was biryani and curd. Thanks to the management of Pran RFL for organizing such a wonderful program for us.
