Industrial AC Solar Project||Week-03||Electrical Learning Part-03.
Steemit friends, how are you all? I hope you are all well by God's grace. I am also fine by the grace of God. Today, I will write about the Electrical Learning Part Solar Project Week 3. I hope everyone will like and benefit from my writing.

In Week 2, I wrote about AC solar home power generation. Today, I will discuss and write about AC solar power generation industrially. So let's start without wasting time.
I will first discuss household electricity and industrial electricity. Our home electricity is 220 volts. This electricity distribution company reaches our homes through step-up and step-down transformers.
On the other hand, industries use low voltage 220, 440 volts, and high voltage 11 KV, 32 KV, and 132 KV electricity. So, I have to calculate the load in the industry and then make an AC solar power project. Today, I will discuss in detail about 440-volt AC solar projects in the industry.
First, I take as an example a small industrial power capacity of 500 kilowatts (KW). Following are the equipment I need to generate 500 KW of electricity.
Material Name | Quantity | Range |
---|---|---|
Solar Panel | 5000 pcs | 100 Watt |
Charger Controller | 1 pcs | According to the Array |
Battery/ESS | As Needed | 100 A-H |
Inverter | According to the Array | According to the Array |
Transformer | 1 pcs | 220/440 Volt |
My office solar Inverter
I talked to engineers of some solar companies in Bangladesh about the prices. A few companies are currently working directly with renewable energy. Companies charge the entire project per watt. The companies determine the price as follows by calculating the load.
Me & Huawei Bangladesh Solar Engineer
Load | Price |
---|---|
1 Watt | About 3.33 Steem |
500 KW | About 1,666,666 Steem |
Here, one watt is estimated at 3.33 Steem for all types of equipment. Now, the thing is that I have to assume the cost by multiplying the load by 3.33 Steem according to the needs of my company.
Block Diagram
According to the block diagram above, after the sunlight falls on the solar panel, it is converted from thermal energy to electrical energy and charged to the battery or ESS system through the charger controller. Then the electricity from the battery is converted through the inverter and comes to the transformer. Here, the transformer steps up from 220 volts to 440 volts and supplies it to the load. There is a cooling system to keep the entire system cool.
I would say in terms of battery or ESS cost, the more power backup you have, the more the ESS cost will increase. If the load is operated only when there is direct sunlight, then the ESS cost will be reduced.

Hi, Greetings, Good to see you Here:)
