Office Work:
Today, I did the teamwork in the office. My office has an electrical team. Its membership is 15. I have a major fault in my running routine. A DC meter 400 KW suddenly burnt. Its market value is around Rs. 40 lakhs. Today I repaired it with my team. Below is how I repaired it. First I gave quotation of some goods to repair it to store department.

Then after receiving these goods, I started working. I started working at 9 a.m. A coil of the motor is burnt. So this coil has been rewired.

Blocking this coil will save the company a lot of money. So I boldly took the job. I got a new experience while doing the job.

Step 1:First, I made a wooden frame for coiling. I made the frame size according to the old coil's size.

Step 2: I made an iron stand to place the wooden frame.

Step 3: Then, design the coil size on the wooden frame.

Step 4: Then, I calculated the number of turns of the old coil. The number of turns was 400.

Step 5:The wooden frame is placed on the iron stand. Now the number of turns of the old coil is equal and is fixed on the wooden frame.
Step 6: Then, the coil is removed from the wooden box and varnished so that the insulation of the coil is good.

My experience: These DC motors are manufactured by the Indian company Kirloskar. They are very difficult to repair in Bangladesh. This is the first time I have reminded a DC motor. Next, I tested the motor by running it.
After running the motor for three days, I was convinced that I had succeeded in my task. I was very happy. I succeeded the first time. The chairman of our company is very happy to hear, sir. Because these motors are very difficult and expensive to rewind, from now on these motors will be repaired in our factory.
