Today I will share with you how to make bread easily and beautifully

Bread is a Bengali traditional food, breakfast is not complete without bread every morning. Many people also like to eat bread at night. Bread can be eaten with bhaji, besides, it is great fun to eat bread with eggs, dal bhaji, semai, vegetables, halwa, jelly, ghee, beef gosto, neharu, haleem, chicken fry, etc. Bread contains sugar, bread is a very popular food in our country. Eating bread removes digestive problems, controls blood pressure, reduces the risk of serious diseases like heart attack, stroke. Bread is a part of our daily diet.

The ingredients I used to make the bread.

1- Flour 1/2 kg

2- Water 1/2 liter

3- Salt to taste

4- Pidi and balloon

Step-1 First I took a 1/2 kg quantity of wheat flour. After that I poured 1/2 liter of water in a clean container, without adding salt to taste. Increase the temperature of the stove and heat the water for 2-3 minutes until the water boils, then mix the flour and cover with a lid.

Step-2 Now I have kneaded the cooked dough well with the hands while it is warm, so if you apply a little oil, the dough does not stick to your hands, the breads look shiny and very soft.

Step - 3 Now take the amount of dough and make a round shape, then spread a little bit of flour, then slowly make a round shape with the help of a balloon.

Step-4 Now I made all the breads one by one, and fried them in a hot pan.

I have finished making bread, girls know little about making bread even though they know all the work. As in my time, I can do it now, inshallah. It seems so much easier now. Please pray for me so that I am well. I hope everyone is well.
