This is Joynal Abedin from Bangladesh.
Welcome to my blog once again. On this busy day, I want to join the contest organized by Steem for Bangladeshcommunity. This week, a very interesting topic is given and that is I am a Teacher. And want to thanks @steem4bangladesh for organizing this contest.
A teacher is a professional who helps others to acquire knowledge, competences or values.
The teaching profession includes a variety of job titles, such as:
-Teacher
-Assistant teacher
-Teaching assistant
-Instructor
-Lecturer
-Adjunct professor
-Visiting professor
The main role of a teacher is to help their students learn. They do this by planning lessons, delivering lectures and classes, setting and marking examinations and assessments, providing feedback to students, and maintaining records. Teachers also need to undertake administrative tasks such as maintaining student records, ordering supplies, and dealing with parents. In some education systems, teachers may also have responsibility for student discipline.
I was a teacher of accounting for many years. I enjoyed teaching accounting and helping students to understand the subject.
There are many reasons why someone might choose to become a teacher. Some people choose to become teachers because they want to make a difference in the lives of children. Others choose to become teachers because they enjoy working with children and helping them learn. Still others choose to become teachers because they want to help people learn more about a particular subject.
There are many challenges that teachers face every day. Some challenges are common to all teachers, while others are specific to certain grade levels or subject areas.
One of the most common challenges that teachers face is managing their time effectively. With so many things to do in a day, it can be difficult to fit everything in. Another common challenge is dealing with disruptive students. It can be difficult to keep the rest of the class on track when there are students who are constantly disrupting the lesson.
Other challenges that teachers face include dealing with difficult parents, teaching in a low-income school, and teaching students with special needs.
One way to create a learning environment that is both stimulating and supportive is to provide opportunities for students to interact with each other and with the material. This can be done through group work, discussion, and other activities that allow students to engage with the material. Additionally, it is important to create an environment where students feel safe to ask questions and explore new ideas. This can be done through a variety of methods, such as creating a safe and supportive classroom community, establishing clear expectations, and providing resources and support for students.
I have pursued several professional development opportunities to improve my teaching practice. I have participated in workshops on effective teaching methods, attended conferences on education, and read books and articles on effective teaching. I have also spoken with experienced teachers and asked for their advice on how to improve my teaching practice.
There is no doubt that higher education is expensive, and this is one of the main reasons why many people choose not to pursue it. However, there are a few alternatives to traditional higher education that can make it more affordable. One option is to attend an online university, which can be significantly cheaper than a brick-and-mortar school. Another option is to take advantage of free resources like Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), which are becoming increasingly popular. Finally, there are many scholarships and financial aid programs available to help offset the cost of higher education. In short, there are a few ways to make higher education more affordable, but it is still a significant investment.
Overall, I think the teaching profession is a great way to make a difference in society. I think it is a very rewarding profession, both in terms of job satisfaction and in terms of the positive impact you can have on people's lives. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a career that is both meaningful and fulfilling.

Usted ha tenido la oportunidad de ser un maestro, esto es algo que debe hacerle sentir orgulloso, la contabilidad es una de las carreras más importantes en mi país, es una carrera que te permite trabajar desde casa, en una institución gubernamental o en empresas privadas.
Indica que en su país la educación superior es costosa y deben buscar otras alternativas para lograr cursar esa edición superior.
En mi país podería decir que la educación pública abarca el 90% en todos los niveles m, desde la educación inicial hasta la educación superior.
A pesar de ello hay quiénes no valoran esa facilidad que brinda el gobierno! Tuve la oportunidad de estudiar dos carreras universitarias en casas de estudios públicas. Electromecánica y Derecho.
Aproveche esa oportunidad, me gustaría que muchos jóvenes Venezolanos vean su publicación para que se den cuenta que en otros países la educación es costosa y difícil de alcanzar.

Hello, teachers face many challenges and parents are the biggest of them, either by their overprotective or absent attitude that influences the behavior of their children or the general environment where the child develops that affects their learning.
There are so many things to address that we would never finish, but certainly being teachers goes beyond the classroom, is to guide at all times, be able to transmit knowledge no matter the place.
Being a teacher is a lifelong role.

Teachers as social entities must be able to show empathy for each student. This is one thing that machines or robots cannot do.
