How every one of you is doing? I pray that, by God's grace, everyone is healthy. Now public life is very hot. Food has no taste in the mouth due to heat. The taste of food is decreasing in excess heat. So I have come up with a great recipe to cook in little oil masala. Today I will share with you the recipe for cooking eggs with jinga.

First Step

First I boiled and peeled the eggs. Then heat the oil in a pan and leave the eggs in the oil. After putting the eggs in the oil, stir well with turmeric powder, pepper powder, and a pinch of salt and fry until brown.

Second Step

Add chopped onions and green chilies to the remaining oil in the pan. After frying the onion lightly brown, add ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and cumin powder to the amount of salt. I have added chilies to my recipe. Chilli curry cools the body in this unbearable heat.

Third Step

Grind the spices well. When the oil of the masala floats on top, add the cut prawns to the masala. Now with the help of a spoon, I spread the jingle with the spices. Then cover the pan with a lid and cook for a while.

Fourth Step

I'll take the lid off and give it a shake after some time. At this stage, the water has come out of the jinga. After cooking for some time, I will put the fried eggs in the jinga. After stirring for some time, I whisked the egg and squeezed it.

Fifth Step

At this stage, I made the broth with a cup of water. It is very fun to eat thin curry broth in very hot weather. I will cover the mouth of the pot with a lid and cook for 5 minutes. Then I removed the lid.

Sixth Action

When the broth of shrimp and egg becomes thick, I will turn off the heat of the stove.
