Hello friends,

Our country is a riverine country. And fish is our favorite food. A popular saying in our country is fish and rice Bengali. Bengalis have no food without fish. Fish broth is a traditional Bengali way of cooking spicy fish. This curry is cooked with more spices and served with white rice. Various vegetables are also added to the fish broth. Fish to the people of Bengal.
The broth is a favorite. So today I am going to share with you the Rooee fish broth recipe.

I am sharing the ingredients required for the Rooee fish broth recipe:

Step 1:

First I washed and cleaned the fish well. Then I chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chilies. I have prepared all the ingredients for cooking.

2nd Step:

Rub the cleaned fish with a small amount of turmeric powder, pepper powder, and salt for frying in neeb oil.

3rd Step:

Now I put the pan in the oven to fry the fish. When the pan is hot, add 1 tablespoon of soybean oil to fry the fish. When the oil is hot, I will leave the fish smeared with turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt one by one in the hot oil.

4th Step:

Lightly brown the salmon on both sides by frying it. Care should be taken while flipping the fish so that the fish does not break. When the fish is fried, I will keep it in a container.

5th Step:

I put another pot on the stove to cook the fish. Fill the pot with two teaspoons of soybean oil. Chop onions and add them to the heated oil. Add the onion and sauté, stirring, until light brown.

6th Step:

Now add ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and salt to the onion. Then grind the spices well with 1 cup of water.

7th Step:

When the masala is ground, add a chopped tomato to the masala. I will cook it for some more time with chopped tomatoes. Now when the tomatoes are cooked, I will put the fried fish one by one in the spices so that they do not break.

8th Step:

After giving all the fish, gently shake the fish and apply the spices. In this way, I will cook the fish with spices for some more time.

9th Step:

When the fish are grated, add enough water for the broth. I turned up the stove's heat a bit after adding the water.

10th Step:

When the fish broth boils, I will reduce the heat of the stove. I will cut some green chilies into the fish. Adding green chilies will give a nice aroma to the fish recipe. Then cover with a lid and cook for another five minutes.

11th Step:

When the fish broth becomes thick, I will turn off the stove. Then for some time, I will keep the rice fish broth recipe.
