I am well, by God's mercy. Today I'm going to share a recipe. I loves to cook. It takes skill to cook well; it's like an art. Whenever I cook, my mind is content. You need a good mind in addition to dexterity when cooking. A housewife's kitchen can be compared to a museum, and cooking is akin to magic. Not everybody is capable of using this power. Those who can cook can make a place in people's hearts by cooking. I always try to cook something for everyone in the family that they like. I adore the hand-cooked food that my mother makes. My sons love to eat Biryani. The components needed to make biryani were ready. The ingredients needed to make biryani are ones I've shared with you.

Step- I
I first washed and cleaned the meat very well. I put oil in the pot when the oil gets hot, I add chopped onions to the heated oil in the pot. Turn the onion brown by frying it.
Step-II
I cook using tokdai, a biryani masala packet complete, milk, and salt, I cook the fried onions in the pan for a while. Then I sauteed the chicken for 15 minutes. Add enough water to boil and cook until the broth thickens.
Step-III
Turn off the heat when the chicken broth thickens.
Step-IV
In this step, I will wash the rice and drain the water. Then I will put a pot in the oven. After the rice is well-washed, heat enough oil in a pot. Adjust the heat to medium and fry the rice for 10 minutes. Add liquid milk, water, and salt to the rice after it has been thoroughly fried. I put the pot under cover and turned up the stove's temperature.
Step-V
After cooking for some time, when the rice is cooked and the water dries up, I will mix the cooked chicken meat. Sprinkle the potatoes, raisins, green chilies, and ghee into the saucepan, then cover the opening with a lid.
Step-VI
Now lower the stove temperature and leave it there for 15 to 20 minutes. To keep the biryani from sticking to the bottom of the pot, I occasionally take off the top and shake it. Take it out of the stove once it's cooked.
Stir the biryani and thoroughly combine it before serving. Next, I added chopped tomato, cucumber, and beef kala bhuna to the dish.
