How are you all? Hope everyone is well. I'm fine too. I always look forward to great contests. After many days dear @ripon0630 sir organized Contest: Food for mood-season-4 contest on Steem for Bangladesh community. Today I am participating in the "Food for Mood" contest organized by the Steem for Bangladesh community. What instant food do you make to have a positive effect on your mood?

There are many foods that we cook not only to satisfy hunger but also to keep our minds happy. I love to cook The recipe I am sharing with you today is a carrot barfi recipe. Carrot barfi recipe is very quick and easy to prepare with few ingredients. The taste of carrot barfi in your mouth will invigorate your mind and soul.

👩🏻‍🍳 Step - 1 👩🏻‍🍳

First I washed and cleaned the carrots. Then I grated all the carrots with the help of a grater.

I put a pan on the stove to cook the carrot barfi. I will keep the heat of the stove medium. Then I will put the chopped carrots in the pot. Then I gave 2 cups of sugar along with carrots.

After putting carrots and sugar in the pot, shake well with a spoon and mix carrots and sugar.

👩🏻‍🍳 Step - 4 👩🏻‍🍳

After stirring for a while, the water will come out of the carrot. Stir continuously with a spoon to dry the carrot water.

👩🏻‍🍳 Step - 5 👩🏻‍🍳

When the carrot water dries up, add 1 tablespoon of ghee for a nice smell. After adding the ghee, mix it well with the carrot by shaking it with a spoon.

At this stage, the carrots are ready for making carrot barfi. I now put a little ghee in a bowl to put the carrot barfi. Then I will pour the carrot in the pot with ghee.

👩🏻‍🍳 Step - 7 👩🏻‍🍳

Then squeeze the carrots with your hands and set them in the pot. After pouring the carrots into the pot, I spread some chopped almonds and raisins for decoration while still hot. After that, I took a little ghee and set the carrot barfi well.

After setting the carrot, I will keep it for some time. Then I will cut the carrot barfi to the desired size with a knife.

A vital aspect of our everyday lives is cooking. I love to prepare and feed my family with fresh food. If I need this food and don't have the required ingredients for this recipe, I will quickly choose another simple recipe without wasting time. We all have it at home. There are always potatoes. So I can make instant potato fringe fries, potato pakoras, etc with potatoes in no time and with ingredients I have at home.

Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?

Yes, I will recommend my cooking to others to improve their mind and mood. Because there are very few people who do not like to eat sweets. My recipe is very beneficial for health. Carrots are a food rich in vitamin 'A' which is also beneficial for our eyes. Therefore, there is no pair of carrot barfi for entertaining guests in any family event.

There is a popular saying that the road to the mind goes through the stomach. Delicious food when presented beautifully enhances the taste of any food manifold. So it can be said that delicious food satisfies and uplifts our minds.
