Guava is my favourite fruit. I have a big tree of guava in my garden. Apple have a lot of antioxidants and fiber. Consuming Guava and Apple is associated with a decreased risk of developing a number of chronic illnesses, such as diabetes, heart disease, weight loss, enhance brain, intestinal health and cancer etc. Thanks for sharing your post about nutritions of apple and guava.
