Water is very important to sustaining life. It is necessary for the normal functions of the body and play significant role in the maintenance of physical and mental well being. The water is essential for hydration. Our body contains 60 % of water and the water is essential for complete functions of the body. The water is significant in the regulatory mechanism of body. It is essential in the thermoregulation and in the digestion. It helps the human body to remove toxic materials form the body through the process of evaporation, sweating and urination. Water is essential for the maintenance of skin, helps to keep the skin hydrated and gives us good looking appearance. By drinking plenty of water can promote healthy skin and prevent us from dryness and dull skin problems. Water is important in the regulation of our immune system. To stay hydrated can boosts the ability of our body to fight against diseases.

•Should we prevent water pollution and why?

It is important to prevent pollution of water as water is very precious resource that has a lot of significance of the maintenance of our life. The water pollution can cause serious health problems and can also damage to the environment. The polluted water can cause damage to the aquatic ecosystems. The contaminated chemicals can destroy the habitat of the aquatic life and can decrease their biodiversity, affect the food chain in the aquatic ecosystems. The prevention of the water pollution is very important because this pollution can cause serious health problems Such as diarrhea. If we have been using contaminated water, the pollutants in the water can cause damage to the organs and also causes risk of the cancer. The polluted water can destroy the aquatic ecosystems and can harm to the biodiversity in the water.

•What will the world look like if the earth runs out of food water?

Without food, the living organisms on the earth will suffer from starvation. The system of agriculture will collapse and can lead to the deficiency and shortage of food and ultimately it causes starvation. These problems destroy the economy. As water is essential for all the living organisms on earth, without water, the environment would suffer and And can cause the decline of the species of animals and plants. The people will try to find clean water to drink and can cause health problems.

There are many ways that we can keep free water from pollution and prevent wastage of water. For the prevention of water pollution, we should reduce the amount of pollutants that enter the water source. One of the way is by completely disposing of chemicals of household, and other substances which are hazardous. It should be avoid to pour the hazard substances down the toilet.
