Assalamu Alaikum, How are you all? I hope you are well. By the grace of Allah, I am also well. Today I will share with you the Dudh Chitai Pitha recipe.

In fact, who does not want to eat pitha on a winter day? There is no Bengali who does not eat pitha, as pitha is prepared in every Bengali's house on winter days. Before the winter seems to be passing by, I thought I would share another winter pita recipe with you. It is Bengali pitha, which is very popular in Bangladesh and West Bengal, India. This pitha is round and flat in appearance. In the rural areas, chitai pitha mold can be seen. This pita is made by mixing rice flour with water and baking it in a hot pan. This pitha is eaten with jaggery, especially jhola jaggery. It is also eaten soaked in juice made with milk and jaggery. To make pitha, a mixture of rice flour and water is fried in a clay pot on low heat, and then chiti pitha is made. I have shared how to make chitai pitha once before on the Steemit platform, so today I am not going to tell you how to make it because everyone probably knows this thing. Now I am just sharing how, after making chiti pitha, I soak it in milk and sweet juice, make milk chiti pitha, and eat it with family in the morning with much joy on winter days.

First of all, make pithas and put them in a container. Buy date sweets from the shop and mix them with water in a hot container.Then, in a hot pot for a long time, make it a little darker.

Then, in the morning, pure cow's milk should be brought from the market and stored, and it should be put in a container without adding water, and then it should be slightly thickened with light sugar.

Then take a bowl like a big ball, take a big pot, and pour the hot water into that pot. Then leave the chitai pithas on top of that sweet water to soak. Then, when the milk is heated in another vessel, the milk in that vessel should be given over the cake.

If you make the pitha at night and then do this process and soak the pitha in a big ball, then you need to give it a minimum of 8 hours to soak. The pitha will be big and swollen from drinking milk and meter water all night, and in the morning you will see that it is very nice.
