A few words from the evening until returning home

I have shared some pictures of events from the evening until I reached home. I left the shop for some time after the evening Maghrib azaan. Either way, everyone needs to be taken seriously. I asked him to give me 10 rupees of raw chickpeas.

Gram is a high-protein-rich food. You can eat raw chickpeas, boiled or in broth, in any way. Vitamin B works against Beriberi disease, brain disease, and heart weakness. It also contains sufficient vitamin C. Many households habitually eat raw grams on an empty stomach in the morning. The benefits of raw chickpeas are not unknown. It contains vitamins, fibre, and protein. And it is shallow in fat. As a result, this chickpea also helps with weight loss. Soaking raw chickpeas, peeling them, and eating them with raw ginger will simultaneously give the body nutrients and antibiotics. Non-vegetarians make people strong and healthy. And antibiotics fight against any disease.
Then, next to me, I saw a boy selling Chop raw bananas. I bought two pieces; the chop was delicious to eat and had enough vitamins. Raw bananas contain calcium, which helps strengthen bones. Raw bananas are good for stomach problems or ailments. Raw bananas contain enzymes that cure diarrhea and stomach infections.

Then I went back to the shop and closed it. As the market is closed tomorrow, Friday, I stood up and checked the lock.

My father has to take blood pressure medicine every day. I took a leaf of Angilock Plus 50 from the pharmacy.

No matter what I do throughout the day, I always check whether my father has his blood pressure medicine. Then I went to a shop near my house, where I had a cup of tea as usual.

Eat and enter the house. My two daughters came to me as soon as I entered the house. However, I could not go home today at noon because they wanted to be near their father. Then I took them in my arms.

The girls love their father very much.
