Brinjal:

By looking at the above picture you already understand what we are going to discuss. I will discuss with you about the benefits of eggplant with beautiful photography of eggplant. However, when eggplant is included in the Iftar, its value increases, so does its price. But not only that, apart from iftari, bharta, bhaji, jhol are also very popular. Not only because of the taste, eggplant is considered as a necessary vegetable to fulfill the nutrients of the body. Also, many farmers are benefiting from Bangladesh eggplant cultivation. Farmers are earning a lot of money from here. Eggplant is a very good vegetable for those who want to lose weight. However, those who have gout, or have asthma and allergies, there are some restrictions on brinjal.

Puishak:

Its photography is just as beautiful as it has many benefits. Vitamin A and Vitamin C contained in Puishak helps to eliminate skin diseases and helps in physical growth. Keeps eye sight good, also strengthens hair. If a person eats puishak regularly, the risk of piles, fistula and hemorrhoids is very less. Puisha is rich in fiber, which prevents stomach and colon cancer.

Gourd:
