My Application For Community Curator For The Month Of January, 2024.

I'm Shaikh Enamul Islam and I'm from Bangladesh. My Steemit id is @enamul17. Today is 13 December, 2023 and I am applying for the Community Curator for January, 2024. This is an important responsibility which I am ready to take up again and I am very interested to work in a team of 4 to 5 people. Below I am sharing my individual post like other users.
I joined this platform on 18th November 2021. I have been working on this platform for more than 2 years. Here is my introductory post. I have been following all the rules of this platform since my joining. I have always followed the Steemit team and participated in all their initiative projects like Engagement Challenge & burnsteem25 project. I have gained a lot of experience in this short journey and prepared myself for any responsibilities.
I am currently engaged as a moderator of two active communities one of which is my native community Steem For Bangladesh & another is Steem For Pakistan community and I have been fulfilling my duties in both places with honesty and devotion. I always try to keep in touch with users on the platform and on the community discord server. And I try to guide, encourage and always support users in every possible way.
Also I am very interested in increasing my own Steem Power. For which I have been posting regularly and regularly powering up by staying at Club5050. I am thankful to Steemit team for creating such a wonderful platform. This platform has given me the opportunity to earn money and also to gain knowledge and to interact and create friendships with people from different countries. I have big dreams around Steemit platform and I managed to earn my 3rd dolphin recently with their regular support. I want to maintain this consistency and gradually increase my dolphin numbers.
Since joining Steemit, I have had to straggle a lot in the beginning to get an idea about this platform. However, my keen interest in this platform has helped me to get an idea of everything. I slowly learn everything in my own efforts. Then I maintained my activity in different communities and I got the opportunity to serve as the first moderator for my good activity in the Steemit Culture Community, but due to the decline in the activism of this community, it was closed for some time and later renamed and is currently active as the Community Steem For Pakistan Community. And here I am currently in charge of being moderator.
Later I got the opportunity to work as a moderator in our native community Steem For Bangladesh community. And also got the opportunity to work with two senior and successful steemains from Bangladesh. I gain a lot of knowledge from them and make my journey on Steemit more smooth. However, I gained a lot of knowledge while serving in both communities. Both communities participated in the Steemit Engagement Challenge and I performed my duties as a moderator there spontaneously and responsibly.
For the first time I have served as a Community Curator on the Steemit platform which is the biggest achievement for me so far and I am really enjoying it with new experience. I have been selected as the Community Curator for the month of September, 2023 and am on Team 3 where I am curating by the Steemcurator06 account.
I had a second chance to be the Community Curator of the Month for October,2023. This month I got the opportunity to work with Team 4 where I am working spontaneously with my team with steemcurator07 account. I enjoy working with my team and providing support to users as much as possible. Also able to expand my knowledge and experience by working with my team.
Alhamdulillah, for the third time the Steemit team gave me the opportunity to perform this duty for which I am eternally grateful. Again I'm gaining experience working with new members on Team 4 and curating this time with the steemcurator07 account again. I am very happy to work with the new members and they are all friendly and supportive people and it is a great experience to work with them.
Now for the 4th time, I am serving as a community curator for the month of December. And also this time serving with Team 4 and supporting users through the steemcurator07account . It's really a great experience for me. In addition to good quality posts, I am trying to provide support to users who share good comments. Everyone in my team is friendly and supportive and proactive. Hopefully we will get through the rest of this month properly.
I am an Environmental Engineer and I have acquired knowledge on this subject for 4 years and I have field experience for 6 months in Govt Training Center Directorate of Education Engineers. Where I gained practical knowledge on industrial effluents, polluted air, building construction & planning and several other subjects.
Alhamdulillah, recently I got a job in Biological ETP plant i.e. where the industrial waste water is treated. It is mandatory to have ETP plant in every garment or industrial factory. After using the water, when it becomes polluted, the water is treated in the different type of ETP plant through a long-term processor and is discharged into the drain or river to make it environmentally friendly. However, the treated water of some plants is reused in industries but it is very less in Bangladesh.
Also I have a good knowledge of agriculture as I have been helping my father and my grandfather in farming since childhood. Also chose teaching as my hobby besides my studies and have been doing it for 8 years. I worked as a junior teacher in an institution for three years. Due to the stress of my studies I left there. And currently I am away from it for my new job and I am planning for my higher education along with the job.
I am a citizen of Bangladesh and I can speak Bengali very easily. Also my second language is English and I am fluent in this language. And I can understand any language using google translate so I can manage it easily.

I love to curate on all kinds of topics, so I am ready to take on whatever topic is given to me. But I especially enjoy article about art, craft, travel, food, health, creative things, lifestyle, diary game and contests related posts. I find something special in such posts. Apart from this I mostly like to curate engagement challenge posts.
Since I'm a moderator and community curator, I check the posts regularly to make sure they're genuine and #steemexclusive. I check the quality of each post manually first and closely observe whether there is any manipulation. And for that I use the following tools to verify each post before verifying or curating.

I am ready to perform the duties of a community curator again for upcoming month. I have the ability to evaluate the quality of posts made on any topic. So if I get this opportunity again I will be forever grateful to the Steemit team.
