I'm Shaikh Enamul Islam and I'm from Bangladesh. This is my first time application post for the Community Curator and here I am applying for the Community Curator for June 2023 and I am very interested in this role. I am very interested in working in a team of 4 to 5 people. Below I am sharing my individual post like other users.

A brief summary of your history on Steem

I joined this platform on 18th November 2021. I have been working on this platform for almost a year and a half. Here is my introductory post. I have been following all the rules of this platform since my joining. I have always followed the Steemit team and participated in all their initiative projects. I have gained a lot of experience in this short journey and prepared myself for any responsibilities. I am currently engaged as a moderator of two active communities one of which is my native community Steem For Bangladesh & another one of my favorite community Steem For Pakistan community and I have been fulfilling my duties in both places with honesty and devotion. Also I am very interested in increasing my Steem Power which I have been posting repeatedly and I have been in #Club100 for the past 6 months and have been using 100% power to increase my SP rapidly.I have confidence in myself that I am ready to take up the responsibility and fulfill it and also I want to enhance my experience and give something good to the platform by working with all my esteemed senior users.

Details of any positions of responsibility you have held on Steem.

I am currently an active moderator of two communities, one of which is the native community of my country, Steem For Bangladesh . Where I got the opportunity to work with two respected Steem Representatives of my country and from them I am constantly gaining experience about this platform. Through their guidance I am managing the community beautifully. Besides, I and another moderator participate in online meetings with community users once a week and solve all kinds of problems related to this platform.

On the other hand, I have been engaged as a moderator in Steem For Pakistan community for more than 7 months and I volunteered in Engagement Challenge Season 7 and am still working. I developed a good relationship with everyone there and I am associated with them in all kinds of regular activities.

Details of specialist or professional skills or expertise you have in ‘real life’.

First of all I want to say that I am a hard working person and I am proficient in almost all kinds of work. I have been a private elementary school teacher for almost 3 years and I have continued my career as a private teacher. So using my experience I currently conduct online classes for new users in the community once a week. I have a lot of skills in art and hand crafts that I have been sharing regularly on this platform.

What country you live in and what languages you can read fluently.

I am a citizen of Bangladesh and I can speak Bengali very easily. Also my second language is English and I am fluent in this language. And I can understand any language using google translate so I can manage it easily.

I love to curate on all kinds of topics, so I am ready to take on whatever topic is given to me. But I especially enjoy reading art, creative, lifestyle, diary game related posts. I find something special in such posts. Apart from this I like to curate contests and engagement challenge posts.

As I am a moderator, I have to check posts regularly for reviews, quality of posts and whether any manipulation is being used. And for that I use the following tools to verify each post.
