Application for Community Curator for August 2023.

I'm Shaikh Enamul Islam and I'm from Bangladesh. My Steemit id is @enamul17. Today I am applying for the Community Curator for August 2023. It is an important responsibility that I am ready to accept and I am very interested in working in a team of 4 to 5 people. Below I am sharing my individual post like other users.

A brief summary of your history on Steem

I joined this platform on 18th November 2021. I have been working on this platform for almost a year and a half. Here is my introductory post. I have been following all the rules of this platform since my joining. I have always followed the Steemit team and participated in all their initiative projects. I have gained a lot of experience in this short journey and prepared myself for any responsibilities. I am currently engaged as a moderator of two active communities one of which is my native community Steem For Bangladesh & another one of my favorite community Steem For Pakistan community and I have been fulfilling my duties in both places with honesty and devotion. Also I am very interested in increasing my Steem Power which I have been posting repeatedly and I have been in #club100 for the past 7 months and have been using 100% power to increase my SP rapidly.I have confidence in myself that I am ready to take up the responsibility and fulfill it and also I want to enhance my experience and give something good to the platform by working with all my esteemed senior users.

Details of any positions of responsibility you have held on Steem.

I am currently an active moderator of two communities, one of which is the native community of my country, Steem For Bangladesh . Where I got the opportunity to work with two respected Steem Representatives of my country and from them I am constantly gaining experience about this platform. Recently, our community was selected for the "Engagement Challenge Season 10" and I served there and good environment. Besides, I and another moderator participate in online class with community users twice in a week and solve all kinds of problems related to this platform.

On the other hand, I have been engaged as a moderator in Steem For Pakistan community for more than 9 months and ther I served in Engagement Challenge Season 7 and I am still working. I developed a good relationship with everyone there and I am associated with them in all kinds of regular activities.

Details of specialist or professional skills or expertise you have in ‘real life’.

I am an Environmental Engineer and I have acquired knowledge on this subject for 4 years and I have field experience for 6 months in Govt Training Center Directorate of Education Engineers. Where I gained practical knowledge on industrial effluents, polluted air, building construction & planning and several other subjects. And now I am trying for a better job. Also I have a good knowledge of agriculture as I have been helping my father in farming since childhood. Also chose teaching as my hobby and have been doing it for more than 8 years. I worked as a teacher in an institution for three years. Due to the stress of my studies I left there & after that I start my industrial training. But now I am continuing my teaching as a private teacher in my real life.

What country you live in and what languages you can read fluently.

I am a citizen of Bangladesh and I can understand and speak Bangla very fluently. Also I use English language to communicate with everyone and I am fluent in this language. And I can understand any language using google translate so I can handle it easily.

I love to curate on all kinds of topics, so I am ready to take on whatever topic is given to me. But I especially enjoy reading art, craft, lifestyle, diary game related posts. I find something special in such posts. Apart from this I like to curate contests and engagement challenge posts.

Since I am a moderator, I have to regularly review the posts, check the quality of the posts and whether any manipulations are being done. And for this I use the following tools to verify each post.
