Check the percentages. When buying meat, choose those types of meat or meat products that contain a lower percentage of fat.
Be selective. You know that the main principles when choosing and preparing meat should be: avoid fatty meats, avoid frying them, prefer clean and not minced meat products.

Remove the fat. Trim all visible solid fat from meat and poultry. This includes bird skin. When cooking a whole roast chicken or turkey in the oven, leave the skin on during roasting, but then remove it just before eating.
Use meat marinades. Marinades make meat more tender and juicy. They can also improve his mustache, in cases where his fat is removed. Choose low-fat marinades, such as spice or herb mixes with wine, soy sauce, or lemon juice.

Balance and moderation are extremely important with any food or diet. If you really feel like eating fried instead of roasted meat, do it, but you should take it more as an exception to the natural way of eating.

If your diet is healthy and you practice some physical exercise regularly, a few unhealthy choices of meat will not harm you, on the contrary - they will charge you with more than good health and mood!
