Hello, my dear all friends. How are you. I hope everyone well.I am also well.I have already shared with you that i work in a government pharmaceutical company, where all kinds of medicines are made, today i will share with you the 1st step of how condoms are made.

Today my office time was from 2 pm to 10 pm, i came to the office and read our official dress and got ready for work.Below is the picture with my official dress.

Condoms are manufactured in this branch of our company, i will share the 1st steps with you. This condom is made by processing a special type of glue through various processes, first i have to collect a sample.I have to collect a sample in a small beaker.I have to take it to the lab and test it, if it pass the test, it is suitable for making condoms. Below is the sample collection process shown.

This huge drum contains the processed glue from where i collect the sample, it is located in the compounding room, as this tank is very big, i have to climb the stairs to collect the sample, the pictures are given below

There are 6 tanks in the compounding room from which i have to collect samples

I have to collect samples in these small beakers, you can see in the picture below.

After we pass it from the lab, it goes to the glue line where condoms are made by forma.Below is the process of applying the glue to the form, as shown in the picture below, this form line is constantly rotating and the condom is made.

If this forma enters the oven, then the condom is dried into a shape, and the condom is opened with the help of automatic meshing through the slipping water and put into the lower basket, this process is shown below.

At the end of all the processes, the manufactured condoms come into this basket and we process it through another process, after completing all the test processes, it is marketed, all the other processes will be shared with you in the 2nd step, InshAllah.

I am sitting in our lab after all my work, you can see me with all the sirs including my Dm sir.

I finished my office work today and shared some steps with you guys hope you like it, and next day i will share with you the rest of the process day by day.
