Delicious Traditional Cown's Rice Dessert Recipe

Assalamu Alaikum.

how are you all Hope you are all well and healthy. Today I will share with you a new recipe made by my mother. I am a sweet loving person. Whenever my mom cooks a new recipe I eat it with great fun.

First of all, I want to say that sweets are my favorite food, I mean anything sweet. If it is Paes. Only Paesh or Kaun's Paesh which I like very much. Many people may not know Kaun, they look like small rice. Cooking pies with them is very fun.

|So it's not too late, let's get started|

Recipe ingredients:

.kaun rice
.milk
.sugar
.salt
.Cardamom
.cinnamon
.Bay leaves
.raisins

First step:

First, mother cleans the cow's rice by washing it well. Coons are very small so they need to be cleaned thoroughly so that there is no dirt and sometimes there are small insects.

Second step:

In the second step, Ma Kaun's rice was poured neatly into a bowl and washed with clean water so that there was no dirt.

Third step:

In the third step, the mother poured pure cow's milk, which had been faked the previous night, into a bottle and gave it to heat on the stove.
A small amount of water was added so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Step Four:

At this stage, slowly soak the rice in the hot milk. And with the help of a stick started stirring slowly.

5th step:

At this stage salt, sugar, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom, and raisins are slowly added to the hot milk and stirred nicely.

Sixth Step:

At this stage, when the milk thickens slowly, the mesh of the stove should be reduced a little and it should be added frequently so that the pan does not stick to the bottom.

Seventh Step:

At this stage, the pies are almost ready, so reduce the flame and let it cool a little and serve it nicely. Today's mom's handmade pies were as delicious to look at as they were to eat. You took one bowl to eat and then took another bowl to eat.

কাউন এখন আর চাষ করা হয় না আগের মত। আগে আমাদের বাদাম ক্ষেতে অল্প বীজ ছিটায় দেয়া হতো এখন অনেকে এটিকে চিনবে না। কাউনের পায়েষ খুব ভাল লাগে খেতে ছোট দানা হওয়া মুখের তৃপ্তি আসে। কাউন রান্নার উপযোগী করা অনেক ধৈর্যের কাজ। আমরা ছোট থাকতে কবুতরের খাদ্য হিসেবে ব্যবহার করতাম এটি। অনেক দিন এমন একটি রেসিপি দেখে ভাল লাগলো। আপনাকে ধন্যবাদ

অনেক দিন পরে কাউনের পায়েস রেসিপি দেখে ভালো লাগলো। আমার মায়ের হাতের রান্না কাউনের পায়েস অনেক আগে খেয়েছি।আশা করি কাউনের পায়েস অনেক সুস্বাদু হয়েছে।ধন্যবাদ আপনাকে অসাধারণ একটি রেসিপি আমাদের মাঝে শেয়ার করার জন্য।

Se ve muy rica la preparación, desconozco por completo que es el cow´s rice pero la preparación es muy parecida al arroz con leche que preparamos acá en mi pais, los ingredientes son los mismos.

Assalamu Alaikum Bhaia. Bhaia I must say that seeing the recipe of Kaun's rice dessert brings some memories of my childhood. My grandmother cooked it when we visited the village. Many years have passed and I have not tasted it. Thanks for sharing this beautiful recipe and also bringing some butterfly memories of mine.
