Do you know how to do it from www.SteemWorld.org/@liamnov? Use your private key on the delegation tab and remove or put 0 to the mentioned account. If you are still having trouble, let me know to guide you through Screenshots.
What about SteemWorld.Org as I told you: seek for Delegation, then outgoing; click on X or in Edit put '0' and confirm with private key. In five days your SP will be back to you.

I don't think Steem Login works for undelegation. Try on SteemWorld. Over there is even faster in few steps.
