As a foodie I love and eat a lot of food. We eat food every day to keep ourselves healthy. But special food should not be eaten every day because eating it every day can be harmful to health. Today I am going to present my publication on a great theme for the second week of Steam for Bangladesh Community Engagement Challenge. What is the name of the special food?

Rice bread with beef curry. This will dominate as my top specialty food. I enjoy it the most during Eid-ul-Azha with the meat of the sacrificial animal. This dish is prepared at other times in our house but it is special during Eid and everyone sits together and enjoys it.

This particular food I eat at my home is made by my mother. My mother prepared it for us with great care. I often help my mother heat the bread when I am not cooking the meat.
The beef is cooked in a wood-burning oven and the meat is marinated with all kinds of spices before being cooked on the clay bone and cooked at a low temperature, the meat is well cooked and tender enough to eat with bread.

While the meat is cooking, the bread making process continues and after the meat is done cooking, the bread heating process starts in the clay pan. The taste of this bread and meat is incomparable to me.

Why is this food the most special in your life?

This dish is especially special to us during Eid because it is prepared with the meat of the sacrificial animal. This dish is special to us as it is prepared in our house every Eid and its taste is shared with everyone.

Special meat mahfils or events are organized on the occasion of Qurbani, where people enjoy the feast of meat together with your close friends, family and loved ones. Atap rice bread is a common and popular dish served during communal functions. It can be served with meat on a special festival or auspicious day with friends and family, which can easily boost people's enthusiasm.

This food is avoided by many health conscious people because of the harmful side effects of eating too much beef. But we all eat a lot of sacrificial meat, I would encourage others to eat this food because-
Beef and Atap rice bread can be an extremely flavorful juggling act. The sweet taste of the beef and the simple juiciness of the atap rice bread can make this dish much more delicious. Beef is a good protein source that helps meet the body's protein requirements. Atap rice bread is a delicious source of whole carbohydrates, which provide energy to the body. Combining these two nutrients forms a healthy and wholesome meal. Atap rice bread with beef can be a family and communal festive meal. Most of these dishes are served on special occasions, where friends and respected family members can enjoy the feast with the meat. Atap rice bread is easy to prepare and beef is easily cooked in masala with required spice mix. This meal requires little time and effort to prepare.
