We all know that food affects our mood. A squeamish person is in a squeamish mood but if he is not squeamish then this squeamishness does not touch him. So it can be said that food affects mood.

My mood changes with food, but not with any specific food. Because I may not always have that particular food. My mood is affected if I have one of my favorite foods. For example, an egg and dates after exercise in the morning refreshes my mind and mood. Any normal midday meal affects my mood when I'm hungry at noon.Today we have planned in the morning to cook pork meat at night, only if the activities match this plan, our mood will be affected. This is particularly striking in the case of bachelor boys. Because it is a difficult task to unite all the bachelor boys in the field of cooking. Today I am going to share the recipe of Haas meat as per the plan.

First step:
We took two Duck and cut it from the outside and cleaned it. Now wash well.
Step Two:
In the beginning, I heated this oil and put onions in it. After frying for some time, I added garlic and ginger paste.
Step Three:

After grinding the spices, I grinded the meat without water for a while, after that I added hot water and salt and we forgot to add the whole spices in the beginning, so then I covered it with a lid for a while with the whole spices (black cardamom, white cardamom, cinnamon, pepper, cloves). .

Step Four:

When the meat is cooked, we reduce the heat of the stove with coriander powder and cumin powder.

Serving: Today we made polao with Duck meat. Accompanied by salad and eggplant chops.

What do you do when you need this food but don't have the ingredients to make it?

We eat chicken most of the time. The process of cooking Duck is quite time consuming and many people skip it because of the hassle. So as an alternative we cook chicken. Although pork meat is preferred, it is not always time to cook it. So chicken is quick to clean and easy to cook in a short amount of time.

Would you recommend this food to others to improve their mood?

Many people like laughing meat and many people don't. Some prefer it for sickness but avoids the meat of duck because it does not increase the sickness of the body while improving the mood. I would definitely recommend this dish to you if you like it. You are eating white rice, polao, roti, khichuri, now we are eating chithai pithar. Again if you like it your mood will definitely be affected.
