hello dear steemit friends...!Assalamu Alaikum hope you all are doing well. I am also very well by the grace of Allah. Today I am here to participate in this food contest. I love to cook. So I am very interested to participate in this contest. So I participated in this contest. Hope you all will like this post of mine.

Here you can see the fishes I have cooked and below I have described how I cooked these fishes.

I have used these ingredients in this curry

I have used these ingredients in this curry. Using these ingredients, this curry is very tasty. So I shared these pictures with you.

First, the fish should be cleaned well with water. So that there are no germs and dirt on the fish. They should be cleaned thoroughly.

Then onion and pepper should be finely chopped. So that they are cooked well in this curry and are very good to eat. So I cut these onions and peppers into small pieces.

Then I grinded these masala batters with a blender machine

If this masala batter is added to the curry, the curry becomes very tasty. So I grind them with a blender machine.

Ginger, garlic, bay leaf, cinnamon, garam masala, coriander, cumin.

Then take a bowl. Add fish, chopped onions, chopped chillies, turmeric, dried chillies, bay leaf, cinnamon, garam masala, light soybean oil to the bowl.

Then mix them all together

Then you need a pan to cook these fishes. Place these fishes in the pan and then add a glass of water to it. Then put the pot on the stove and put it on fire. This is how this curry is cooked.

And slowly I cooked the curry. Finally I made this curry.
