hello dear steemit friends...!Assalamu Alaikum, I am Md. Abdul Rafi. Today I have appeared before you about the harm of using plastic. We use plastic every day. But none of us understand the damage they are doing to our body. But this plastic does not decompose in the soil. These plastics should be burnt. It also pollutes our air. Plastic is very easy to carry but has many disadvantages. Now we drink water in plastic bottles, eat food in plastic plates, keep food in plastic bowls. I do a lot more with plastic. But we do not know what are the harmful aspects of plastic. Today I will discuss with you their harmful aspects.

We use plastic every day. The harmful aspects of plastic are: Plastic is made with special chemicals. When we eat in these plastic plates or bottles. These chemical molecules then mix with food and enter our body. Which do a lot of harm to our body. All the damage that is done to our body causes lung, cancer, skin and various diseases. It especially damages our liver. So from now on we have to reduce the use of plastic.

I bought two plates three months ago to test it out. One I put in a nice place. And on another plate I ate food myself. Now differentiate between these two.

So I think we all should not use these plastic plates, bottles, bowls. Now these plastics are available very cheaply and people are using them a lot. But they don't know how much money its use can cost. Yes plastics can be used they can only be used in different applications. But it is not right to eat plateet made of this plastic.

The plates that we will use are glass plates, steel plates or Kasar plates. If we use them, those chemicals will not enter our body. They cost a bit more but they are safe. So we will use them. And Kasar plate and steel plate can be used for a long time. But Kasar plate can be used for a long time as compared to steel plate.

These are the ones I am currently using. There are no chemicals in them, I can safely eat rice on this plate. I hope you will also reduce the use of plastic from now on.
