(ENG/ESP)Steem Inspiration Contest ✨| The Stranger I Won't Forget by @teretiti//Concurso de inspiración Steem ✨| El extraño que no olvidaré por @teretiti
Welcome my dear and appreciated steemians to my magical blog, for the imaginary ideal of our conversations, to another new opportunity to share with you a very special experience through the @steemit platform.
Once again the @steemInspiration community, led by friend @ supo1, moves us with a very mixed feelings Contest, as it invites us to remember that "Stranger" who marked a special place in our memories, either because it was very scary. Sensitivity or made us laugh, but that he was simply a stranger that we never got to know, saved for that moment that marked us in our memory.

Exactly 22 years ago, I lived in Caracas, the capital of "Venezuela" 🇻🇪, my Country, I had 10 years of marriage and 3 children (aged between 9 and 3 years) with a very good economic situation where we could afford certain luxuries and tastes, we were not millionaires or even wealthy people but we could pay for private schools, attend fun clubs, go to lunch and dinner on the street, we had a good car of the new bone year.
One day we were having a snack in a somewhat expensive bakery, sitting at a table in front of the panoramic window we noticed a young man, approximately 14 years old
With a lost look, dirty and with a hungry face, he moved our hearts, he looked absorbed in his thoughts, it was like he had no soul, I cannot deny it, it broke our souls to see him so desolate so vulnerable.
Right away my husband paid the bill and we approached him, we asked him if he wanted to eat and he nodded, then we asked him if he wanted to take a bath that we gave him clothes and he also nodded so we quickly took him to the house. We lent him the bathroom, we fed him, I looked for him more clothes that would serve him and then we took him to a shelter for abandoned children.
forget his lost face, I remember that I asked him about his family and he did not answer anything, but I also remember that the next day we went to the shelter and the manager told us that he had left and I was very upset because I was angry that they had not detained him and the man in charge explained to me:
- We cannot help without their consent, it is not correct to "force them" because apparently he was an addict.
I cried a lot because when you have children, my beloved grandmother used to say, "You have all the children in the world"; I was able to verify that that phrase was authentic because I felt that that child could have been my son.
Thank you for allowing me to share this "Sad" but "Unforgettable" memory, there are nights when he asked me what had become of that young addicted and helpless man. That's why he became the "Stranger I Can't Forget."
