Steem as affected many lives positively over the years. Every user of the platform can attest to the monetary benefits over time.

Although the first the journey could be challenging, with a lot to learn. I remember when I joined, I had forgotten to include tags, had difficulty in using markdown, but the stress was worth it as I look back today.

Families has been delivered from hunger through steem. Recall that steemit team ran a shopping game some months ago. A quick survey of the game entries shows that most of the shopping that people did around the world was on food items.

During the game, which happened in the peak of lockdown as a result of the pandemic, people use the proceeds from steem to put food on their tables.

People have used steem to pay for rent, build their homes and get married. Children items in families has been purchased with steem.

In a recession where nations suffer economic waos, people sit at home and make money with steem. For instance, during the lockdown as businesses were shutdown, steem was running and a lot of people made a living by interacting online.

The diary game part 1, 2 and 3, as well as the crypto challenge has given all steemians the opportunity to earn from the comfort of their homes.

In Nigeria for example, people like us that had been inactive became interested again and here we are, fully back to blogging.

Steem will continue to gather momentum economically, as the steemit team continue to roll out amazing developmental strategies.
