DON'T ENVY ANYONE. BUT MAKE OTHERS HAPPY.
In life, people need to learn that envy is an emotion killer that automatically shut down your inner eyes of imagination of partnership. Make no mistake envy can be good or bad. Choose wisely. Determine not to use envy in a bad way because it makes you develop a pull down syndrome which is another failure on its own.
Do you have the pull down syndrome?
When you see someone doing better than you, what do you do, encourage or pull them down?
Determine to encourage people to climb up in more rather than pulling them down with you. If you close doors for your subordinates because you are afraid they will be far better than you, and it's means you are not a good leader or rather not a leader at all.
Every good leader must have a successor.
Is it your desire in life to make people better than yourself and happy?
Don't pull them down because they might ended up to be the one to actually pull you up.
Encourage others , they need help too and everyone is happy going up and forward altogether.
