I am glad to participate in this wonderful contest organized by @orracle. It's an awesome topic to talk about and it's my pleasure to participate in this contest.
The relationship between failure and success imparts some good lessons, which can determine how we behave now and also the future.

Failure is an opportunity to learn. The open our understanding not make the same mistake twice
Persistent effort makes all the difference.
One can use failure as a valuable form of feedback, which can lead to development and final success.
An agreement with ourselves to face fear to deal with barriers and challenges that are always part of the equation. Ignoring will always result in outcomes that are not palatable or desirable in the long run.
There are many more that we can learn from this relationship. After focusing at the personal level, it is also important to look beyond ourselves and towards bigger picture.
Failure is not a step the downfall, it is an excellent path to success. We never learn to shift out of our comfort zone if we do not overcome our fear of failure. The most progressive companies intentionally seek employees with some record that shows some failure and success. That is because someone who overcomes failure has gained lot of knowledge and the immeasurable perseverance born from overcoming difficulty.
To succeed, we must accept that we might fail first. The famous failures has thought people lessons throughout history. Determination is the energy. When we get knocked down by the challenges of life. The question is, will you back up and face the challenges? We should Try and try again until we get the result we want.
