The act of Recruiting New People to Join Steemit #4
Welcome again to the process and things to say when recruiting new people to Steemit platform through social media platforms.
Yesterday we talked about the Facebook part on how to recruit people and I said today we will be looking into Reddit and the functions of reddit and also how and what to say to recruit people to join steemit from the reddit platform.
I know some of you don't know Reddit because Facebook, Instagram and Twitter are too popular in our country but Reddit is really powerful when it comes to Referral purposes, for me I prefer to use reddit in referral purposes than other social media because I think it is just good in that area.
Reddit is made up of sub-reddit which is like groups in facebook but in Reddit sub-reddit you depend on karma and not likes, meaning the higher your karma the higher chance of your posts getting to the top and getting more engagement.
It will look like a very difficult thing when building up your karma but when you are high on karma the more joy it gives you when you are posting.
Now when you are about to join a sub-reddit make sure you check the rules of that sub-reddit and you should make sure it has something relating to cryptocurrency because you will talking about steemit and the benefits.
Why I said check the rules before joining any sub-reddit before joining because some sub-reddit don't allow you to post links or anything not related to what the sub-reddit is all about, so after you have join a good sub-reddit then it's time for the posting.
Now when posting something about Steemit make sure you use the steem logo or SBD logo that way you are transparent, because someone can decide to check whether it is legit or not.
Then after that you must write a nice title because if you are posting link you can only write title unless you are describing Steemit then you will have a space for you to write but no link can be added that is why I will suggest you use the link feature.
When you are done with the title make sure the link you are posting has a good layout at the other end because that is how it will appear in Reddit, then if everything is OK then you post it and make sure you reply to comment so that people won't just feel lost and they don't trust you.
