Firstly when recruiting people to join steemit you will have to define what seems means for them to have an idea so you will say Steemit is a platform that pays users in the form of cryptocurrency it is similar to reddit and is a fusion of ideas drawing from both social media and cryptocurrencies.
Then If the person ask you what cryptocurrency does Steemit reward it's users with then you say steemit and steem dollars then maybe the person would check whether it is legit then get back to you interested or not interested.
Tomorrow I will explain how to recruit people to steem in large scale through social media like Twitter, facebook or even Reddit but I will start with twitter then facebook before Reddit see you then.
