Good day by good people of this community, it's another fantastic week and a fantastic topic to write our contest post on. All thanks to the moderator for bringing this topic.
In a real sense, successc and failure stands as opposite of each other. But if we dig deep more we shall realize the important role of failure in success story, my post today stands to explain the relationship between the two words by giving insight on the positive effect failure have in our Success story. And why we should not be
Afraid of failure as seen in our society today.

People in our society have a bad perception of failure. The most obvious example is where students are discouraged from receiving failing grades in school. Failure, on the other hand, might be beneficial in the actual world. Consider Thomas Edison. “I have not failed 10,000 times—I have successfully found 10,000 ways that will not work,” Edison once said in response to a question about his blunders. What would have happened if he had given up after the 9,999th attempt? According to a new study, failing early in your profession can help you become more successful later on.

The most effective leaders are those who are humble. Failure breeds humility, which is essential not only for leadership but also for self-improvement. Intellectual humility is the acceptance of the fact that we do not know everything. It enables us to embrace new ideas, realize our shortcomings, and seek answers.
Failure is the teacher who teaches you how to see achievement in the right light. Every achievement is accompanied by a slew of rejections, blunders, and defeats, all of which are just as significant as the achievement itself. There are no sudden success stories. We are more likely to notice victories than defeats.

There is compelling evidence that we learn more from our mistakes than from our victories. While some people know what they want to pursue from an early age, the majority of people do not. As a result, there is no replacement for a career in test driving. You can move on to the next job if one doesn't suit you. You'll be ahead of the game if you treat each failure as a learning opportunity.
