My Leadership Journal (my submission to a contest organise by @orracle)

I have been giving many opportunity in life to lead people in Deferent spares of life, from academics to Religious group, down to social and professional organization.
Over the years I have always make sure I evaluate my Leadership style and roles from my followers in every institution which I have find myself and have gathered some points, strength and wickness in my Leadership role which I put together and call my Leadership Journal
My Leadership Experience

1. Secondary School Prefect
2. Class Governor (University Days)
3. Efac President ( A Christian Religious Body)
4. Founder of New Star Ministry. ( An interdenominational Drama Ministry.
5. Director. At Hopeson Global Tech ( a Developing Company Owns by me)

**My Leadership style

Personally I hate a leadership style that has to do with dictatorship because I personally feel it is anti-human and doesn't have respect for human right. In any institution I find myself I make sure I lead in a more democratic way. By carrying my followers along In the day to day activities, most times we end casting votes or following the majority command, this is the base of my Leadership as I always try to please the majority but with respect to organisational goals.
There might be some areas or decision that require urgent attention, such decision may be made by me but with full feedback as at when due.
Accountability: when it comes to the area of finance, I make sure no organizational funds or property are in my possession, and am also frown with any member that lack accountability, i always work with people I trust. My Motto has always be if I can't trust you, I can't work with you In any organization am opportune to lead, I cycle myself with people I can trust with money and property though some people dislike me for not trusting them

What Followers Like about me
According to my research and evaluation, the following are what people like about my Leadership style

1. Motivational skills: "no one can work with you without and remain the same" says one of my Followers in the ministry, this is because I will make sure you are motivated and bring the best out of you. I will try all my power to be an agent of positive impact in the life of my followers.

2. Ability to carry people along: most people love my Leadership ways because I had nothing to hide, am always transparent and carry people along in most decision making process.

What people hate About my Leadership style most hate my Leadership style for not having trust in them.
Some also complain that I had always put favouritism in my Leadership style as I only work with some set of people who I trust and fail to give others chance.
Some also talk about been slow in decision making . All this are what some followers dislike in my Leadership style and I hope I can improve on them sooner than later.
In conclusion, I had always appreciate every opportunity given unto me to lead, as I see it as a good opportunity to serve mankind and to gain more experience as I know I still have a long way to go in life.
