Good day friends I'm so overwhelmed to be in this community is my first time posting here I hope you find my post very educative well I'll be talking about road accident and how to avoid it.

First and foremost let's look at the term road accidents
ROAD ACCIDENT: this is an unwanted incident anyone would ever want to experience. This usually occurs when two vehicles crash on each other in public and might lead to injury or loss of life.
CAUSES OF ROAD ACCIDENT
Road accident can be caused through the following ways without listing and explaining few.

1. OVER-SPEEDING: majority of road accident are caused due to over speeding the faster the vehicles moves, the difficult it gets for the driver in charge of the vehicle to control it in case of any incident.
2. DRUNK DRIVING: we are all aware that drinking while driving is a punishable offence although drinking is being done for fun but doing it while driving or before driving is a very big risk that might cause the driver from misbehaving while driving and this might lead the driver from entering into bushes or moving vehicle in front of him.
3. Distraction during driving is also another form of road accident some drivers are formed the habit of pressing their phone while driving adjusting the army roles changing the station of radio or music or even discussing with their passenger and as such the driver's attention will be divided and might lead to accidents.
4. BAD VEHICLE: most road accident is caused because of failure of break, flat tyres, failure of the steering and so on.

HOW TO AVOID ROAD ACCIDENTS.
Road accident can be avoided through the following ways.

• drivers should avoid taking alcohol before and during their journey
• they should make sure they check the vehicles starting from the break the steering , tyres and other necessary things before embarking on a journey to avoid accident.
• drivers should avoid any form of destruction beat phone calls music or chatting with passengers.
• they should avoid handling the wheels or driving when they feel the urge to sleep to avoid them sleeping while driving.
• you should watch carefully before revising and they should drive slow and safe
• lastly driver should limit their night driving.

if all these ways are being taken into consideration then the rate of road accident will be reduced. Thank you
