Purchasing process of the upcoming Hinterland Outreach

Hi Steemit family, this is @uwanderer at your service to share with you one of the significant activities of the volunteers. And it's about purchasing important food and non food items that is helpful in the process of the outreach activity in the community.

Listed below are the items the volunteers have planned to distribute according to their assessment and request from the community but all of it is in line with the capacity of the volunteers.

To give you a better glimpse of the process we will walk through the items the volunteers have in mind.

"The volunteers purchase the box of the biscuits. The biscuits will then be divided into small packs to accommodate the numbers of children in the community. The volunteers will do a lot of repacking making sure all of the students and children will be covered."

"The volunteers also add up more pencils as a token of the activities the children will be participating. The children love pencils as they can write more in their notebook. They value it so much. Every sketch of the pencils are important to them as they cannot buy pencil easily and its beyond their reach even if they reach the city as they don't have any money to buy it and often the establishment guards discrimate them as they are poor and untidy. "

" The children in the hinterlands doesn't know or ever tasted spaghetti. And for that reason the volunteers wanted to give them a treat. The volunteers will spoil them with spaghetti as their rewards for attending the activities and games."

" The parents in the community wish to have some canned goods as their farm were severely affected by the recently flash flood in their areas. And some farm areas were affected by pest. The canned goes will help them survive for a couple of days as they continue rebuilding their farm and vegetable garden. "

" We will be having games to elevate the stress and boredom of the children. And one of the good motivation to the children is giving them sweet treats as a form of reward for the active participation. The volunteers will also teach the children about proper waste management about the plastic waste and its impact in the environment. "

" The children value their school activities in the community leaning center. And it would be helpful for their education to have sufficient schools supplies, and the volunteers are supplementing it with the little funds they have."
