Dear friends and all community moderators. Among friends, all of them are certainly familiar with Pineapple fruit, which is a scaly fruit that grows on this thorny stem which is very easy to find wherever we are.
Pineapple is a type of fruit that is rich in benefits for the health of the body. Because generally every fruit has its own benefits and side effects for us.
Here I try to describe some of the benefits of consuming pineapple for health, including:
1. Lowering blood pressure for people with high blood pressure
Actually consuming Pineapple regularly and not excessive will be very helpful for those who suffer from high blood pressure. Here the benefit is to stabilize the body's blood.
2. Helps strengthen bones
Having strong bones and not easily brittle is actually very desirable by everyone. Consuming Pineapple regularly will help strengthen bones, of course, very beneficial for athletes and sportsmen.
3. Reduces cancer risk
