Maayong Kaadlawon sa tanan!
"Kaadlawon" means dawn .
Sana po ay napakaganda ng ating muling pagbangon sa bawat umaga.
I am here once again to sharing two of the most common dishes of our country.
The Ampalayang may Itlog and *Utan Bisaya"
This two dishes are common in our Filipino family table during regular meals.
The "Ampalaya na may Itlog" during breakfast and "Utan Bisaya" by lunchtime.
With this Ampalaya na may itlog, it is just three eggs scrambled with onions and a piece of bitter gourd cut into thin pieces. Then cooked in either olive oil or vegetable oil Ampalaya is very rich in iron that promotes a good sleep . It relaxes a tired and pressured mind and body. And it will add more with exercise.
Now after breakfast and exercise,feeling good and healthy is very important in doing some unending tasks whether you are at home or work in the field.
A good breakfast really matters.
After an early morning healthy breakfast, its good to prepare for lunch. Our mothers always do this during our most childhood days. But it would be best now that we are grown ups, it is best to cook for them.
With my vegetable soup , I cook with the green leaves of alugbati
Spiced with green peppers , onions and tomatoes and salt to taste.
Spinach or alugbati are green leafy vegetables that easily grown in our backyard or in our garden pots. It can be cooked together with fried fish or just alone. These leaves are said to be high in calcium and vitamin B.
So always stay good and healthy my dear friends.
Its good to eat healthy. You will not regret its results.

Anyway, ampalaya with itlog is one of my favorite sud an. Pwede sa buntag, udto or gabie. Samot ug isawsaw na sa sukang pinakurat. Hayy! kalami!
