Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 8 (Week 4) || "Famous Street Foods in your Place"

Hello friends how are you all? Hope you all are happy. This is my participation post in the fourth week of Season Eight of the Steemit Engagement Challenge. The contest is run by the steemit Philippines community. I would like to participate in this contest with pleasure.

In this contest I want to share with you about the famous street food of my country. Several types of street food make the best list in a country. Similarly, in my country, eggplant chop is also in the list of best street food.A very famous street food dish. This dish is known to be very tasty.

Common people call them baguni. It is known everywhere in my country. And it is quite popular in all areas. So I am interested to tell you about eggplant chops. The main ingredients for making eggplant chop are mentioned below.

• eggplant
• turmeric powder
• besom
• Chilli powder
• oil
• Moderate salt and water

These ingredients play a very important role in making eggplant chops. But in some cases something different can be added to improve it.

How it is prepared or cooked. (Cooking Procedures)

Making eggplant chops is not a difficult task. This street food is very easy to make. I have discussed the method of making this dish in sequence below.

First take a good eggplant. Then thinly cut the eggplant and make it like a thin sheet. The thinner it is, the better.

Then add besom along with turmeric powder, chilli powder and moderate salt. Then mix it well. After mixing Beshom, it should be spread with the cut eggplants.

After massaging the brinjal well, it should be left in the boiling oil. Fry it in boiling oil for about three to five minutes. Then delicious street food will be prepared.

After they are sufficiently fried they are served in a clean dish. It is quite easy to make, but its popularity is high. It is also very tasty to eat.

This meal is sold per piece. Here, the price of an eggplant chop is 10 Bangladeshi taka. that is,

One of the reasons why eggplant chop is so popular is its taste. Its beautiful taste attracts people. When it is roasted, its aroma spreads around. I can easily understand when eggplant chops are made somewhere near me. Because its aroma is very familiar.
Besides, this food is very crunchy. As an oily food it tastes a bit different. So this dish is very popular in my area.

It would be hard to find a person who does not crave street food. Because most people are more interested in street food. Through this competition we can easily know about each other known and famous street food. It was a great competition.
