Mabuhay Philippines!!!

Greetings to all my Kababayans here in @SteemitPhilippines. Kamusta po kayong lahat? I hope you are all doing okay especially these days na medyo maulan because of the typhoon " Lannie ". I hope that wherever you are, you and your families are safe.

By the way I'm @saneunji from Visayas and I just wanted to share to you all one of the biggest and wisest decision I made for my safety and the safety of the people around me especially this time of pandemic by having my Covid-19 vaccine.

Honestly at first, I was very hesitant to have the vaccine because of what I have heard from people's gossips and what I have red in social medias regarding the bad effects of the vaccines and how it caused death to those people who already got the shot. I was afraid that I will end up like them if I will have my vaccine too but as days passed by, the number of people who got the vaccine and received good results increased and that eventually changed my thoughts. Today I finally decided to walk-in on one of the facilities here in my place who offers Covid-19 vaccination and had my first dose there.

I was overwhelmed with the huge number of people who went there and had their vaccines but I'm glad that the facility was very organized and really did their job in ensuring the safety of the people by observing social distancing.

Before I got the shot, I went through different processes such as:

• Registration
• Blood Pressure Monitoring
• Counseling About the Vaccine

And then I finally got the Covid-19 shot and went to monitoring area to observe if there are any vaccine reactions in the body. After the monitoring I went to listing area to register that I successfully had my first dose of Covid vaccine today. The vaccination process takes time and it's a bit tiring but it's all worth it if this is a way to protect my family and the people around me.

Getting the vaccine is our duty and responsibility so that we can help and protect not just ourselves but the entire nation. This is the only way to end this crisis if only people will comply and get their Covid-19 vaccines right now.
