Who does not like to eat street food? Especially people who go to school, college, university, and even office courts do not miss the chance to eat street food. And these foods are so tempting that street food attracts us like a magnet attracts iron.

Hello friends hope you all are well. For various reasons, when I go out, when I see street food around, I can't resist the temptation and try it. Today I will share with you two strict posts that are very popular in my place.

Street Food 1:- Shingara 🥔

This food is called Singara. It is not only popular in our country but it is also popular in our South Asian countries, Pakistan, India, and Nepal, and known by different names. It's not only available in food stores or various footcarts, this food is also available in any bakery or small shop.

It has a special aroma that makes it impossible for consumers not to taste it immediately when they smell it on the side of a footcart. Special people like to eat this food hot and crispy. And if tomato sauce is added to it, then the taste of this food increases.

To make singara, flour is first mixed with water, and baking soda and a little salt are added to it to increase the taste. Then add a small amount of oil to it and mix it well. Then boil the potato and add pepper, onion, ginger, and chickpeas, and mix it. After that take the potato mix and the flour mix and cover it well. Then fry the singaras in hot oil in a pan. Singaras are ready to eat after frying in oil for a certain time.

The name of this street food is Eggs Bun. It is made with an egg omelet in the middle of the bun, hence the name "Egg Bun." It looks like a burger and is very tasty. It is large in size and fills the stomach after a full meal. Especially people like to eat these egg buns when they want to have a meal as an alternative to lunch. They relieve people's hunger pangs for less money.
