Street Food 1:- Jhalmuri

It is known as Jhalmuri in our area. When you go to the shop and tell the man on the road side that Mama makes Jhal Muri, he will quickly make jhalmuri by mixing different ingredients and give it to you. Every area has Jhalmuri Kadar. Jhalmuri is so popular mainly because of its taste. The test is increased because it is made from a mixture of many ingredients. Jhalmuri is known as Jhalmuri due to the addition of extra chilli and it is made from a mixture of Muri.

The ingredients & How it is prepared or cooked.

• Onion
• Chili powder
• Chickpea cooking
• Savory spices
• Fried
• Lemon
• Dal
• Coriander
• Meat seasoning.
• Egg

Jhalmuri is easy to make, first you need to take mudri in a bowl, then add onions, chillies, then fry them, then add chickpeas, lemon, dal meat spices and stir well with a stick. And that's what makes Jhalmuri And after pouring it in a bowl, add some egg yolk on top and it becomes a delicious street food jhalmuri.

What is its selling price in Steem.

The price of Jhalmuri is not that much and it is available at low price. But in taking jhal mudri different qualities like small and big have to be adopted. The price of Jhal Muri for a small pot is 10 Bdt(0.45 Steem). And the price of jhal mudri in a big container is 20 Bdt(0.90 Steem). Moreover, you can splurge on the price you like and buy as much as you can afford.

This food is sold on the roadside. Moreover, school, college, office canteen will have Jhalmuri whether there is any other food or not. They sell them wherever they find free space in the shop or by head. All day they are busy selling Jhalmuri. Jhal Muri is very popular everywhere. Jhal Murir is available in fair market for various occasions.

Street Food 2:- Shingara

Another famous street food in our area is singara which is sold in our village market. This singara is another famous dish of our area due to its great taste and cheap price.

The ingredients & How it is prepared or cooked.

• Flour
• Onion
• Chickpea
• Oil
• Potato
• Pepper
• Baking soda
• Salt
  First mix the flour with water and mix it with baking soda and little salt. Then add little oil to it and mix well. Then boil the potato and mix it with pepper, onion and ginger. Then mix potato mixture and flour and cover well. Then fry the singaras in hot oil in a pan. Singara is ready to eat after frying in oil for a certain time.

As I said earlier, Singara will be much cheaper. Singara is mainly sold in the market as pieces. The price of one piece of singara is 5 Bdt(0.22 Steem), the price of two pieces of singara is 10 Bdt(0.45 Steem) and the price of three pcs of singara is 15 Bdt (0.67 Steem). He takes as much as he needs.

Singara is undoubtedly a popular street food and everyone likes to eat it hot and it uses ingredients like different types of spices which have a beautiful aroma that attracts people and this Singara with sausage attracts people even more. Moreover, whether there is any other food in school, college, office canteen or not, singara will be there. People love to eat garam singara with tea, especially for breakfast, which is why it has become so popular.
