The Diary Game Season 3 (06-10-2021) || Ocean Free

GOODDAY MY FELLOW STEEMANIANS❤

As of today 06-10-2021 i will share to you my diary. This how my exciting day goes.

At the morning we and the mactan warriors go on the shore in our place to witness a beautiful sunrise and as time flies we go on the three house that we've made as what I've shared in my last last diary . Our payag is not yet done because of lacking materials because of having not enough of money to buy amd and as of now we are hoping for help of the community to support us.
At 6:00 am in the morning we go get some food on there we got a lot of seaorchins and some sea cucumbers to eat for our break fast we got some spices to add on it and finish our food what we called the KINILAW .

Just a trivia SeaCucumbers or also known as Sea worms are incredibly nutritious Sea cucumbers are very low in calories and fat and high in protein, making them a weight-loss-friendly food.
And also the Sea Urchin is commonly known as being rich in the following; a natural source of vitamins and minerals, B-complex vitamins, vitamin D and vitamin B.
It was an amazing breakfast and after that we continue to do our bamboo tree house.

When 1:00pm comes my team got in the payag with some coconut so we open it and mix it with a condensed milk to made some buko juice or also known in bisaya is lamaw.

We are having a healthy diet there it is so very nice to live near the ocean its peaceful and you will not be hungry because what you can get there to eat is just free .
Thats why we must love the ocean and the sea we must protect it on those abusive fishermans and especially we must protect it from pollution . Love the ocean as you love your self ..
