Steemit Philippines Photography Contest Week #5 - Filipino Food Photography: Presents "Sinugbang Baboy Recipe"

No one ever such a delicious thing than "Food".
Gonna be my inspiration to participate to an awesome Filipino Food and Delicacy Photography Contest Week #5. Which created by our very own Filipino-Steembloggers Community. The #steemitphilippines community.
Here we are presenting and featuring my Filipino Food Recipe which really a mouth-watery and a craving satisfied recipes. That really fulls the tummies and need some extra rice, hahaha!
Introducing my "Sinugbang Baboy Recipe", originally and inherited from our late ancestors recipe. Proudly one of the Filipino pride recipes which is very known, famous and popular all over the country.
So what were waiting for, let's get ready to ramble! Hahaha! No, no, no, no, let's get ready to ramble with this food!
But before that, let me share first a little knowledge on how to prepare and cook this very simple and easy-way style cooking of Filipino Food Recipe.
So beginning sharing with my main ingredients. Which may includes the very common spices that can be seen on the cooking table. And these are what I have needed:
• 1 kg pork meat slab
• 1 pc whole onion
• 1 pc whole garlic
• 1 sachet soy sauce
• 1 sachet vinegar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 sachet seasoning
• 1 pc lemon
▪︎The preparation and marinating tips of my recipe▪︎
1)Wash properly with water these pork meat slab. Slice an onion and a lemon. Flattened the garlic.
2)After preparing the said spices.
3)Started to marinate the pork meat. Add the slice onion, followed with the flattened garlic.
4)Squeeze the slice lemon towards the pork meat. Add the 1/2 teaspoon salt and an exact amount of seasoning.
5)Pour a little amount of vinegar and then the soy sauce. Then mix it properly.
6)Standby it for a half hour so that the ingredients will penetrate into the pork meat.
▪︎And the cooking tips▪︎
1)Fired a charcoal and let it fire.
2)Put the marinated pork meat.
3)Cook it for a half hour to properly cooked. And reverse it on the other side and cook it the same.
4)And when it looks already in golden brown. Now finish with my recipe.
5)Ready for serving.
