Here we are, sharing my diary for today August 26, 2021. Cooking a viand for our breakfast and introducing my own version of filipino- style recipe. Which featuring this "Humba na Maskara ng Baboy Recipe", this kind of recipe was very famous and popular here in the philippines. Which was the meat I've used was what we called here "maskara" which is came from the head and face meat of the pork.
So when we say "humba" it has many version and style of cooking. And for mine I'll just cook it in my own version. The most basic and common ways of cooking of humba recipe. So this it, so I'd first started to share are my ingredients, so these are they.
INGREDIENTS:
• adobong maskara ng baboy
• sweatened beverage (sprite softdrink)
• green pepper
• paminta leaf
• spring onion
• umami seasoning
• onion
• garlic
• cooking oil
• soy sauce
• vinegar
• water
• salt
Then proceeding to my pre- cooking tips and procedure of my recipe.
PRE- COOKING TIPS AND PROCEDURE:
• Turn on the stove, put the frying pan and heat it. Then put the chop maskara meat with salt. Deep fry it until the lard of the meat comes out and cook with it's own oil. And wait until it turns to golden brown.
Then next, is my cooking tips and procedure of my "Humba na Maskara ng Baboy Recipe".
COOKING TIPS AND PROCEDURE:
1)Put the adobong maskara ng baboy meat to the cooking pot.
2)Add the salt.
3)Add the umami seasoning.
4)Add the flattened garlic.
5)Add the slice onion.
6)Add the slice spring onion.
7)Put the paminta leaf.
8)Pour the vinegar.
9)Pour the soy sauce.
10)Add the slice green pepper.
11)Pour the sweatened beverage, water and cook it for about 20- 25 minutes.
12)Then finish with my recipe and ready for serving.
"Humba na Maskara ng Baboy Recipe" was so delicious ang yummylicious. And it really fulls the tummy combined with a rice and softdrinks.
