I really believe this saying because food is of our source of energy and without it, we will lead to certain weak and death.

Hello everyone, it is very nice to have a new contest here in our community and as part of that, I would like to share some of my favorite viand in my life. Well, I have many favorite foods or viands but this food that Im going to share is the best and really a local ang Pinoy food.

The first picture that Im going to share and one also of my favorite viand is this Mushroom Stew. This is very exotic and we can only eat sometimes because this is seasonal. Edible mushrooms grews every two months of the year only, particularly By month of August and September. Some restaurants sell this kind of food for a high prize because it is very exotic.

The Ingredients of this dish are;
📝 Mushrooms
📝 Onions
📝 Garlic
📝 Cooking oil
📝 Soy sauce
📝 Salt and other seasonings

There are few steps on how to cook this dish;

Tear the mushroom leaves into pieces, washed it with clean water. Heat the cooking oil and add the garlic and onions. Cook it until it turns into golden brown color. Add the mushroom and stir it carefully together with right amount of soy sauce, when the mushroom is already cooked add a small amount of salt and other seasonings to balance its taste.

Boiled eggs can give us source of energy. Mostly people who traveled far away places usually eats boiled eggs without eating rice. This is also one of my favorite viand. I always eat this at school.

By preparing this is just simple, e should

Boiled the eggs for about a few minutes until the egg white will become solid or cook.

Some people ate this eggs halfcook because according to them it is good as vitamins.

During my Birthday I always do a request about lumpia. As we all know, Lumpia is one of Pinoy foods and it is also expensive to buy. My Mother knows how to prepare lumpia but it needs to have more time to do it. Mostly it serves from the restaurant and eateries and people enjoy eating lumpia dish.

There only few Ingredients of this dish;
📝Grinded meat
📝 Garlic
📝 Salt
📝 White Sugar
📝 Lumpia raffer

By preparing this dish,

We must grind the meat and add a right amount of white sugar, salt, garlic and carrots.

Get a lumpia raffer and put a right amount of grinded meat and rolled it firmly.

By cooking this, we must;

Heat the cooking oil and put the lumpia in the boiling oil. Make sure to turn the heat right so that the lumpia will not be burn. Cook it until it turn into golden brown color. It is good to eat with a sauce.

This is fried Shrimps. It is also very delicious and one of my favorite food to eat. We often catch shrimps here in the river because there plenty of it here. It is very difficult to catch and it needs concentration by catching it.

My favorite dish about shrimp is Fried only and there are only few Ingredients by cooking this kind of dish.
📝 Shrimps
📝 Cooking oil
📝 Soy sauce
📝 Salt and other seasonings
📝 Water
📝Onion and Garlic

Here are the simple steps on how to cook.

Slice the onion and garlic first and heat the cooking oil in the pan. Next sauted the garlic and onions until it turns to golden brown color. Add the shrimps and small amount of soy sauce and water. Cover it for a few minutes and if the shrimps are turns to color red, add small amount of salts and other seasonings, mix it carefully and wait until it fully cook.

The last but not the least, this very local and traditional food here in our Province, no other than this what we called Fermented fish or Bagoong/Ginamos in local term. We always cooked this kind of food specially when we boiled bananas.

There are a few Ingredients about this food;
📝 Tomatoes
📝 Fermented fish
📝 Ginger
📝 Onions and Garlic
📝 Chilli for spicy flavor
📝 Cooking oil

First, heat the cooking oil and sauted the garlic and onions then add the fermented fish after. It should be in right or exact amount of heat. Next, add the sliced ginger and mix it very carefully. If you are spicy lover, you can add chilli flavor just like sili or bell pepper. The last is, add the tomatoes and mix it very well.

This are few of my favorite viands I always eat. Very local and of course I also love eating vegetables.
