Magandang Araw mga Kababayan! Today I will participate in this community contest and very much excited to share the payout of this post to help my beloved Filipino community.

I will share my favorite Filipino breakfast, Chorisilog together with a cup of Kopiko Blanca coffee. Silog is a class of Filipino breakfast dishes containing sinangag or fried rice and itlog or egg. This is served with various viands or ulam, usually meat dishes. The name of the accompanying meat dish determines the name of the silog; for example, Chorizo is the viand and together with the silog if you combine the name it makes Chorisilog.

Before I start my day I will surely make sure to have a cup of coffee because this makes me alive and be motivated. Kopiko is my all-time favorite brand of coffee because it gave me a kick to start my day. They also have a lot of variant of coffee, my favorite is Kopiko Blanca. This Kopiko coffee is a combination of cofee and milk, the result of this mix is a creamy yet flavorful cup of coffee. I know any Filipino have tried this brand of coffee and I bet this is also their favorite. And like any other Filipino people, I also love to have a sunny side up egg with me during breakfast. I feel like this is a must-have. I can say that I can eat egg in any cooking style my whole life and I am not exaggerating hehe

And ofcourse, the day would not be complete if you will not have your family or friends with you during breakfast or any other meals of the day. In addition with this is the breathtaking view of the sea in front of us, the wind kissing our face and the sound of the waves reminding us to slay the day.

Foods or meals are essential for us to live but for me what truly makes us feel alive are the people we are with during every meals.
